How we handle information you share with us.

Who we are

This website is operated by KVG Advisors LLP (LLPIN ACC-1843), an advisory and consultancy LLP registered with the Registrar of Companies, Delhi (ROC Delhi II). Our registered office is 408, New Delhi House, 27 Barakhamba Road, Connaught Place, New Delhi – 110001.

This policy explains what information we receive when you use this website or contact the firm, and how we use it. It is written for visitors and prospective clients. It is not a substitute for a formal engagement letter or for advice on a specific matter.

What we collect

We do not operate user accounts, and we do not store form submissions in a website database. When you send an enquiry through the contact page, we receive your name, email address, subject and message by email at the firm. A short confirmation is then sent to the email address you entered. That typically is the only personal information the website itself handles.

We do not ask for, and you should not send, sensitive personal or financial records through an unsolicited website enquiry. If a matter requires documents of that kind, we will tell you how to share them once an engagement is in place.

How we use it

We use enquiry details only to understand your request, reply to you, and — where relevant — arrange a discussion. The confirmation email is sent so you know the message reached us. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. We do not use it for automated decision-making or for unrelated marketing lists.

Cookies and tracking

The site does not set advertising or analytics cookies and does not load third-party tracking scripts. The contact form uses a short-lived session cookie so that the security check (a one-time token and slide-to-verify step) can run. Client-side script is limited to the mobile navigation menu, the sticky header, and that verification slider. Your browser may still store ordinary technical data of its own; that is outside the firm’s control.

Sharing and retention

We share personal information only where we must — for example if a law, regulator or court requires it, or if a professional adviser we instruct on your matter needs it to do that work. Email correspondence is kept for as long as it is needed to handle the enquiry and to meet ordinary professional and record-keeping obligations, after which it is deleted or archived in the ordinary course.

Your requests

If you would like to know what information we hold about an enquiry you sent, or you wish us to update or delete it where we reasonably can, write to us at info@kvgadvisors.in. We will respond as promptly as the request allows.
